Privacy Policy
Nightbrain is a reporting platform for event promoters, artists and their agencies. It brings ticket sales and advertising results together in one private dashboard, for the accounts its users choose to connect. This page explains what data Nightbrain reads, how it is used and how to remove it.
Who is responsible
Nightbrain is developed and operated by Juan Islas and SUPERBRIGHT, S.L., Barcelona, Spain, until the company that will run the product is set up. Contact: admin@nightbrain.io.
For the data of each connected account, the client who connects it decides what is read and who can see it. Nightbrain processes that data on the client's behalf.
What data Nightbrain reads
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram ads): when a user connects with Facebook, Nightbrain reads the list of ad accounts and business portfolios that user chooses to share, and reporting data for them: campaign, ad set and ad names, spend, impressions, reach, clicks and the purchases and purchase value reported by the Meta pixel, per day. Nightbrain only reads; it never creates, edits, pauses or deletes campaigns, ads, audiences or settings.
- Ticketing platforms connected by the client: orders per event, ticket type and day, with their amounts.
- Google Analytics and Google Ads, if the client connects them: read-only, aggregated website and campaign metrics per day.
Nightbrain does not store the names, email addresses, phone numbers or ticket barcodes of ticket buyers. Personal fields are discarded as soon as the data is received, and dashboards show totals only. Nightbrain does not read Facebook or Instagram profiles, friends, messages or posts.
How the data is used
Only to build the reports shown in the dashboard of the client that owns the data, for the people that client has authorised to see them. Access to each dashboard requires a login with an approved email address. Nightbrain does not sell the data, does not use it for advertising and does not use it to train AI models.
Google user data
Nightbrain's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Where it is stored
Report data is stored with Cloudflare and GitHub, the providers that host Nightbrain, in their data centres. Access tokens are stored encrypted, are only used by the servers that read the reports and are never shown in a dashboard.
How long it is kept and how to remove it
Report data is kept while the client uses Nightbrain. To stop access and delete your data, follow the data deletion instructions: remove Nightbrain from your Facebook or Google account, or email admin@nightbrain.io. All data related to your account is deleted within 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to admin@nightbrain.io. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority (aepd.es).
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will be updated.
