How to delete your data
Nightbrain only reads reporting data from the accounts you connect (see the privacy policy). You can remove its access and have that data deleted at any time.
Remove Nightbrain from Facebook
- On Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings.
- Go to Business integrations (on some accounts: Apps and websites).
- Find Nightbrain, select it and click Remove.
Nightbrain stops reading your ad accounts straight away, because the access token stops working.
Ask us to delete everything
Email admin@nightbrain.io from the address you use to log in, with the subject «Delete my data». We delete all data related to your account, including the reports built from it and the stored access tokens, within 30 days, and confirm by email.
If you connected Google Analytics or Google Ads, you can also remove Nightbrain at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Cómo borrar tus datos (resumen)
Quita Nightbrain en Facebook (Configuración y privacidad → Configuración → Integraciones empresariales → Eliminar) o en myaccount.google.com/permissions, o escribe a admin@nightbrain.io con el asunto «Delete my data». Borramos todos los datos de tu cuenta en 30 días y te lo confirmamos por correo.
